MESMO Inc. Quality Assurance

A top-level view of our quality methodology approach is provided in Figure 2-1. Training, quality control, quality assurance, internal audit, timely corrective action, process management improvement, and effective documentation are essential elements of MESMO’s approach to ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. MESMO will ensure that quality is built into all products procured and services provided throughout the entire life of each Program. This will be achieved through an effective implementation of our proven management system, which has the following components: comprehensive definition of quality objectives; program-wide data collection; impact analysis, measurement, and trend analyses; process improvement initiatives; and overall quality control for processes, products, and services

MESMO and its partner, CMS, are committed to the delivery of high-quality products and services that fully meet or exceed program quality and timeliness standards.  Our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) fosters teamwork and a customer partnership; promotes a climate that encourages sound business ethics, rewards openness, initiative, and change in the pursuit of quality and risk management.  The QAP emphasizes that quality is the responsibility of every employee.  QA planning and associated processes, supported by established and frequent customer communications and formal reporting, are required to ensure execution of program objectives, change management, and process improvement.  To this end, we implement QA processes on all contracts as well as internal business functions.  We conduct operations, production, services, inspector, and employee training in accordance with applicable standards.  In addition to quality checks and audits on processes, procedures, and deliverables, senior management regularly reviews the quality system.

MESMO’s quality management process is a continuous, closed loop procedure of planning, work authorization monitoring, re-planning, and corrective action. MESMO’s Program Manager (PM) verifies that program processes are documented and used properly, and that personnel are adequately trained. We conduct annual, semiannual, monthly, and weekly scheduled, as well as unscheduled, quality audits to determine that we are achieving all quality objectives. Positive and negative results are analyzed, and recommendations for improvement and corrective and preventive actions are reported to, Mr. Olajide Ijadare, MESMO, Inc. President. These corrective actions may involve additional training, product rework, process improvement, and or other appropriate measures.  MESMO will remain committed to excellence and the highest standards of performance.
